In a press conference conducted by the company this morning, Global Director of Strategy and Marketing, Huawei Device, Victor Xu said, “This is the first time that Huawei has shown its newest devices in Australia. We are committed to bringing quality, innovative products that are smart, simple to use and affordable to the Australian market. This is our “Smart Device, Simple World” philosophy.”
“We are already living in a mobile broadband world, yet there remains a distinct divide between those still tethered to their PC, and those with the ability to connect anywhere, anytime,” added Xu. “At Huawei, we believe we have the keys to unlock the doors to this world, by improving network capabilities, and providing consumers with cost-effective, innovative devices that improve the user experience.”
