Samsung has unveiled a new point-and-shoot camera that is packed with features but is easy to use.

Samsung Electornics Australia’s Product Manager for Digital Cameras, Ben Halcomb said, “Digital still cameras are now considered a must-have for every occasion. Samsung’s S860 is a reliable and affordable product and is ideal for anyone looking to purchase a great value digital still camera. Other features of the S860 include a Function Description Assistance that provides an explanation of all of the S860’s features in a built-in help guide, Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) that reduce image blur when shooting in lower light environments, Face Detection technology that automatically recognises and focuses on faces for optimum picture taking, and Scene Modes ranging from Close-up, Beach & Snow and Fireworks to Landscape, Night and Portrait. In addition, the Samsung S860 uses two AA alkaline batteries to power up their camera.
