Are you fed up with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer constantly freezing or crashing? If so, Google is now offering a new version of Chrome, which is 30% faster than previous versions.
Using the V8 and SunSpider benchmarks, Google has said that Chrome’s speed has been improved between 30% and 35%. Tests by SmartHouse reveal that the browser loads qicker and is significantly faster when refreshing to new pages. On the other hand we have had constant problems with Windows Explorer freezing.

Supporting Adobe Flash the latest version of Chrome has new has App Cache, web sockets, and file drag-and-drop capabilities as well as new Geolocation APIs, .
Another improvement is the addition of browser preference synchronisation. This allows users to sync themes, start-up settings and homepage preferences.
Currently has 6.73% of the market, this is a rise of 2.4 per cent year on year.
