If there was any doubt about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s features or specs, a leak posted to GFXBench on Tuesday of the benchmark test run appears to provide significant confirmation.
The data confirm previous speculations reported by Channel News, inclusive of the phone’s “massive” size, Exynos 8 chip set, 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
Of special note is Samsung’s newly released marketing, which stresses the enlarged size of the smartphone – “big to bigger”.
New teaser video below:
The 6.4 inch display is set to be the largest premium smartphone in Samsung’s suite of mobile phones. At this size, it’ll be notably bigger than both the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, largely due to its accommodation of the stylus.
The official reveal date of the Samsung Galaxy Note is scheduled for August 23rd.
Meanwhile, an official launch date has yet to be announced by Samsung, previous reports have indicated the device will release on the 15th of September.
