The New Nintendo 3DS in black is set to arrive in Australia from October 17, joining the already available white colour variant of the handheld gaming console.Nintendo has additionally announced that the New Nintendo 3DS + Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer Pack will arrive on November 5, carrying a suggested retail price of $249.95.
The pack includes a white New Nintendo 3DS system with a digital copy of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer pre-installed on a 4 GB microSD card, a unique set of cover plates and one amiibo card, allowing the player to call up the card’s character.
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer will be released on October 3, with Nintendo stating the game “gives fans with a penchant for interior or exterior design a chance to join the Nook’s Homes family business and make hundreds of their favourite animals happy by designing their dream home”.
