Omega Appliances is rolling-out a range of six new microwave ovens designed to reflect the changing face of usage in the Australian kitchen, with different cooking options and different sizes available.

“The microwave oven, far from being just a handy re-heating option, now fulfils quite different roles within different households – and at long last one supplier has recognised this by, launching a brand new range of appliances in different sizes and with different cooking options,” said Omega.
Both the company’s 30- and 25-litre models provide “all cooking methods”, including microwaving, grilling and convection (or fan-assisted) baking, separately and sequentially.
The OM301CX 30-litre model boasts 900 watts of power, five power settings and 14 temperatures. The grill has a 1200-watt element and the convection oven has 1350 watts of power. Other convenience factors are a 90-minute digital timer and six automatic menu settings.
