A new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has been confirmed after the device was spring on Samsung’s stand at the World Mobile Congress which kicks off in Europe this week.We already know that Samsung will not release their new Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone at the event with March 15th tipped as the release date for the new Samsung offering.
An anonymous tipster, who was believed to be part of the set-up crew in Barcelona, snapped a picture of the new Samsung Note 8.0 to prove the existence of the new device.

Observers claim that the device will have a 1280 x 800 Super Clear LCD display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a 1.6GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM.
The placement of the Galaxy Note 8.0 promotional screen, in the centre of the Samsung stand, suggests that it’ll probably be the Korean giant’s top announcement at MWC 2013.
