Toshiba, who has struggled with their Android tablet offering in markets like Europe, believes that they can now deliver a superior Android tablet to their competitors and have produced a video to prove it.The new video for what will be an Android Honeycomb device reveals the full capability of the Toshiba Folio 100 tablet including its ability to run full websites and Flash.
Also revealed are rear and front-facing cameras, HDMI, USB (mini and full), SD card slot and analogue ports.
Unlike the Apple iPad users will be able to swap out the battery for a bigger version.
According to Toshiba Australia executives the new Folio 100 tablet will be launched in Australia in April.
The Japanese company is also working on a new Windows 7 based Tablet. However several sources have said that it will be at least 12 months, before the device is commercially ready with some doubting whether it will ever get launched.
