The Victorian Police Fraud Squad claims that they are still investigating a $20 million dollar theft from retailer Clive Peeters, despite the retailer claiming that a former Payroll Manager confessed to the crime, while handing back the titles to millions of dollars worth of properties purchased with the stolen money.
