Counsel for Apple have told the Federal court today that during the past 3 days Apple has achieved record sales of their new iPhone 4S.
His comment came during an application by Samsung to have the phone banned in Australia.
The decision on the ban has been adjourned until later today.
The Judge hearing the application said he would prefer the matter went before Justice Amanda Bennett in the Apple vs Samsung Galaxy 10.1 patent case, which is currently before the Federal court.
Stephen Burley, Apple’s legal counsel, told the court that Samsung has had plenty of time to seek an application prior to the new iPhone 4S going on sale in Australia on Friday.
