Pumped up PR appears to have backlashed for Nokia when their shares fell 6% today after they promised to deliver “significant industry news” at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona. Instead they delivered a 41 megapixel smartphone running Symbian that has been panned by several people who played with the device.
