Website evleask suggested this is a picture of the Nokia Android phone, codenamed Normandy, which suggests will look like the Nokia’s signature Windows Lumia phone, with colourful polycarbonate unibody shell.

Nokia has declared allegiance to Microsoft Windows platform for mobiles, which was cemented by the Redmond giant snapping up Nokia’s mobile business, this year.
Inside sources have told The Verge that Normandy is designed as a low cost Asha type device, but offering a larger number of apps. Asha is the Finnish giant’s low cost answer to a smartphone.
Nokia is planning to piggyback off the Android platform but creates a customised version, similar to what Amazon does with Kindle tablets OS.
The insider confirmed that development of Normandy was “full steam ahead.”
