Optus is first off on the Nokia Windows trail announcing pre-orders from today.

Optus has announced pre-orders for the “highly-anticipated” Nokia Lumia 800 with its ’tile grid interface’ Microsoft Windows 7.5 device for $0 upfront on a $49 Cap Plan (2 yr contract) or $0 upfront on a $49 Business Complete plan for SMB’s.
Nokia’s Lumia 800, launched in London last year, will be available in Black and Cyan (blue) on pre-order from today from Optus.
Specs include: 8 MP camera with 28mm Carl Zeiss wide-angle lens and HD video, HTML5 compatible and Wi-Fi.

Optus are offering customers the online “exclusive” plans on Nokia first ever Windows OS smartphone to hit Oz, for $0 upfront on a $49 Cap Plan for consumers or for $0 upfront on a $49 Business Complete plan for SMB’s.
The Nokia Lumia 800, which costs $699 upfront, will be available from Optus stores and call centres from March 01, for $0 on a $59 plan.
The Nokia flagship is also to be Telstra, Vodafone and all “major retailers” from March, although Optus is the first off to announce pricing.
Optus will also be launching Nokia second Windows smartie, Lumia 710, also hitting available from the beginning of March for $0 upfront on the $29 Optus Cap or Business Plan.
