A Quick Poll research study by SmartHouse reveals that Apple customers who already own an iPhone and were looking to switch to the new iPhone are now thinking twice about the move after Apple acknowledge a problem with the antenna on the new iPhone 4.
40% of iPhone owners researched said that they were planning to upgrade until Apple offered a plastic cover as a solution to fix the antenna problem.
After hearing about the antenna problems associated with the new iPhone 4, 75% of the 40%who said that they were now planning to hold onto their old iPhone until the problem was resolved.
Of the total audience 10% said that they planned to move to an Android based phone with the HTC Desire and the Samsung Galaxy S nominated as two brands that they were aware of.
25% of the total audience said that it was too early to make any decision.
