Bowers & Wilkins P7 over-ears are coming to OZ
The new folding P7 headphones boast new drive unit technology, are its” best mobile Hi-Fi headphones yet” says the audio king.
Costing $499, the black P7’s are Bowers & Wilkins first over-ear headphones, have major tech advances and fold up small so handy for on the move.
“We wanted to ensure P7 was wearable and portable, so thanks to an ingenious new folding mechanism using a highly durable stainless steel hinge, P7 folds up like a pair of sunglasses, and comes with a soft-cover carry case perfect for messenger bags or briefcases,” said B&W.
The black P7s give a wonderful sense of balance and clarity across the whole frequency range, bass is tighter and vocals are more defined. The over-ear design and ear cushions provides noise isolation and zero interruption.
P7’s dual-cavity construction helps the pads mould to the contours of the wearer’s head, so have an excellent fit.
The headphones are built from brushed and stainless steel; the headband, ear pads are encased in soft leather. P7 also has a detachable remote and microphone cable.
“Occasionally a product comes along that completely redefines your expectations of what’s possible,” says Geoff Matthews, CEO of Convoy International, who distribute B&W in OZ.
“The stunning new P7 headphone elevate the listening experience to an entirely new plateau”.
Bowers & Wilkins’ P7 is available from October from Apple Store, B&W specialist dealers, selected Harvey Norman, JB HiFi and David Jones stores, priced at RRP$499.95
