Parrot Unveils Portable ‘Party’ Speakers

European manufacturer Parrot has launched the Party, a compact digital speaker system designed to play audio from any source anywhere.

The company claims that the Party can connect to any A2DP Bluetooth compatible device, including iPods, MP3s, mobile phones or computers and has a built-in 3.5mm standard line-in jack port to be used with other sources such as portable CD and DVD players.

The Party speakers comes with a built-in Class-D amplifier and twin speakers that generates 6 watts of stereo sound and has features like ‘Stereo Widening’ and ‘Virtual SuperBass’ which will ‘broaden the music to fill the room’ and provide a ‘clear and detailed sound’. The Party also comes with a rechargeable battery that will last for over four hours on a single charge, the company says.
