Microsoft who like Sony are still losing billions from their gaming operations is set to launch a new payment service that Xbox 360 owners to link their PayPal accounts to their Xbox Live accounts. The move is aimed at forcing consumers to only buy Xbox points via the Pay Pal offering.
The Company have said that multiple PayPal accounts can be linked to an Xbox Live account. PayPal can then be used to buy Microsoft Points (the necessary “currency” for Xbox Live Marketplace purchases).
