Portable Speakers For Your Sony Ericsson

If you have a Sony Ericsson mobile phone chock full of music, you can use the new portable desk stand (MDS 60) to dock your phone and play your tunes out loud.

We at SmartHouse were much impressed last issue with Sony Ericsson’s MDS-70 home audio system and the MDS-60 appears to be its slimmer, lighter cousin. It is also minus the inputs, equalizer and remote control the MDS-70 has, but it is a third of the price.

The desk stand can be powered up via the mains or from four AA batteries. It also features an FM radio antenna built into the power cable, so you can listen to the radio while your phone charges simultaneously, if you wish.

All Sony Ericsson mobile phones with a Fast port1 connector can be used with the desk stand.
