Premier Mounts, which is distributed exclusively by Pioneer Electronics in Australia, has launched a new universal LCD and plasma mount designed for large screen sizes.

The AM3 universal LCD/plasma mount, available in black and silver, is the first product to launch in Australia from the Premier Mounts range.

The swing-out arm can accommodate displays between 40 and 61 inches in size that weigh up to 72.5kg, Pioneer says. The AM3 allows users to tilt the flat-panel display ten degrees up or down. They can also swing the display 180 degrees left to right and extend it up to 660mm from the wall. The AM3, along with the rest of the Premier Mounts range, comes with a lifetime guarantee.

According to the company, the mount collapses to just 100mm from the wall and cables may be routed through the mount’s arms, to keep them out of sight.
