Qantas customers will have access to a new app for Apple Watch, aimed at improving their experience of flying.
A-Watch wearing customers will receive notifications telling them of gate changes, what carousel to collect their baggage from and information about their journey.
Other functions include a summary of a customer’s next trip, real- time updates about flight schedules, departure gate and boarding times, and time-zones of departure and arrival destinations while in the air.
The Apple Watch is due to go on sale from April 24.
