Demand for notebook has slumped but ASUS N Series notebooks hit a high note.
Asus new N Series notebooks have impressive specs; 4th generation Intel Core processors (i5 or i7), excellent sound with SonicMaster Premium audio, and GeForce graphics for gamers.
OS wise, its either Windows 8/Windows 8 Pro, and there’s optional touchscreens. No word if they will cost extra, though.
The N Series are the first-ever to feature a quad-speaker array and use ASUS SonicMaster Premium audio.
But at AU$1599 they’re not cheap either, going up to $2299 for the N750. But if you’re into sound you’ll get bang for you buck – the SonicMaster audio is co-developed by Bang & Olufsen ICEpower.
Theres also an external SonicMaster subwoofer that augments bass output and adds powerful deep notes, and MaxxAudio sound-processing tools onboard.
As previous N Series, the PC’s are made durable aluminum, and ripple-like speaker mesh. It has Li-polymer 59WHr/ 69WHr battery, two-week standby, with automatic backup.
The ASUS N Series multimedia notebooks are available from ASUS authorised channel resellers and national retailers. The ASUS N Series notebooks are distributed in Australia by Altech, Dicker Data and Synnex.
