Movie buff Quickflix is to stream titles to Microsoft Xbox 360, it revealed today.

The Quickflix “unlimited” movie service is exclusive to Australia and New Zealand X Box Gold members for a “low fee” later this year.
The movies on offer will include titles from Warner Bros, Sony, NBC Universal, MGM,Lakeshore and Pinnacle Films, meaning anything from ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’ to Johnny Depp’s new flick ‘Dark Shadows’ can now be yours to watch straight on your Xbox.
And TV series from BBC, ITV and HBO, maker of hits like The Sopranos, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, can also be streamed to the Microsoft console.
Quickflix also streams to tablets, Apple Macs, smartphone and smart TVs including Samsung, as recently announced.
This news comes as YouTube announced it will rent movie titles to Aussies viewers for as little as $2.99, last week.
