Realme is hosting the Speed of the Future on 24 February at 8pm (AEDT) that will be available for global livestreaming in over 15 markets via YouTube, Facebook and its official website, realme.com.
With a dual focus on creating smartphones and IoT devices, realme will launch ‘impressive’ smart technologies that cater to younger audiences throughout the year. The technologies, according to the company, will ensure that it fulfils its mission or arming customers worldwide with tech products that offer ‘surprising and exciting experiences.’
The company also has a mission to make 5G technologies available globally. On 7 January this year, realme launched its first 5G smartphone in China – the ‘5G Youth Flagship’ realme X50 5G. It was one of the first smartphones to be equipped with Snapdragon 765G.
It’s first 5G flagship smartphone, the X50 Pro 5G, will feature the Snapdragon 865 5G mobile platform – providing consumers with the most advanced technology and performance.
Since realme’s launch in 2018, it has aimed to achieve its brand concept ‘Dare to Leap’ and deliver highly competitive smartphone products.
According to Counterpoint research, realme was the Global Top 7 Smartphone Brands in Q3 last year. The company experienced a growth rate of 808 per cent since the same time in 2018 and has become one of the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world.
Globally, realme has expanded into 25 markets including China, India, Southeast Asia, Europe, Russia, Pakistan and Africa.
