ASX-listed eServGlobal reported record traffic on New Year’s Eve – and says it delivered every single one of more than 1.5 billion SMS and MMS messages during the 11 days over Christmas and New Year.
CEO Laurent Lafarge said one client during the holiday period reported a peak of 2500 messages a second.
Its MessageMax platform’s intelligent routing, network optimisation and a personalised messaging centre, still has capacity to grow, Lafarfe noted.
