The statement comes from Apple’s biggest rival as it looks to ban newly announced iPhone 4S in several European nations, including France and Germany, in retaliation to Apple seeking a blanket ban on its Galaxy Tab in Australia, US and Europe, claiming Samsung infringed its intellectual patents.
Samsung says Jobs’ “innovative spirit and remarkable accomplishments will forever be remembered by people around the world.”
Apple co-founder died yesterday in the US after an 8 year battle with pancreatic cancer.
