Next gen iPhone 5 is said to be speedier than ever – thanks to the A5 chip Apple are said to be busily installing.The iPad which got the dual core A5 treatment earlier this year putting the ‘fast’ into its claimed “faster” processing will mean iPhone 5 can now keep up to its tablet cousin.
And that not all – a higher quality camera is also rumoured to be on the cards – all 8 megapix to be precise – up from iPhone 4’s 5Mp, reports Bloomberg citing sources close to the project.
Coming equipped with its recently announced iOS 5 operating system, codenamed ‘Telluride’ (which is also a town in U.S. state of Colorado) it will also boast better messaging and media sharing, the source also indicated.
Another interesting development is the recurring talk that that Apple are also working on a third world budget style device (budget kings Nokia must be shivering). This news first emerged in February last.
The device is said to look like very like iPhone 4.
As reported by Smarthouse earlier this week, iPhone fifth generation is tipped for a September launch. (So expect ongoing speculation probably every day ’til then.)
