Samsung is set to release a new line of notebooks that claim to appeal to a variety of personal style and needs. These new notebooks will be available from next month.

The Samsung QX sports an airfoil exterior design, scratch-resistant durable casing, and utilises an island keyboard and large, button-less gesture pad. The QX range also comes with dedicated multimedia controls, large speakers with a bigger acoustic chamber, and can last up to 6.9 hours of battery life.
The Samsung QX employs a hybrid approach to graphics display and will switch from the nVIDIA graphics card when you’re playing High-Definition (HD) video to an Intel graphics processor for regular use. It also features Samsung’s Express Charging Mode to reduce the amount of time it takes to charge the notebook.
The Samsung RF is aimed at users who watch movies, play games and listen to music on their notebook. It incorporates High Definition (HD) video, vibrant colour resolution, a 16:9 LED backlit display, and SuperBright screen technology that reduces glare and mirror effects.

The RF series come with an i7 quad-core processor and uses a GT330M video card with 1GB of memory or a GT420M card with 2GB or memory. It also comes with a built-in Blu-ray drive (available on RF710 only), while a high-resolution Webcam offer bright and sharp images.
Finally, the company unveiled the SF – a notebook that sports a unique ‘shark inspired’ design. The SF is powered by Intel Core i3 / i5 dual-core processors, and featuring up to 7.5 hours of battery life. For additional convenience, the Samsung SF series also features Samsung’s Express Charging Mode, reducing charging times and delivering a full battery in just two to three hours.
All of the new notebooks feature Samsung’s Fast Start feature that enables faster start-up. Samsung Fast Start allows you to use the notebook within three seconds of pressing the computer’s power button. The new line also comes with AllShare technology and a Sleep and Charge USB function which lets a user plug in and charge external devices via USB.
