The Samsung Mist Shower feature, which is available in the 5.5kg SW55USP, 6.5kg SW65USP and 8.0kg SW80USP models, gives clothes a superior rinse while saving 20% more water than a traditional washing machine. The Mist Shower technology sprays water into the detergent at the beginning of the cycle which helps it dissolve and spread evenly into your clothes, allowing everything to be fully washed whilst limiting the amount of water needed to rinse, says Samsung.
Samsung’s Product Manager for Cleaning Appliances, Paul Lipscomb said, “Consumers are becoming more and more conscious of the environmental impact of all of their appliances. Samsung’s new top loading machines are water and energy efficient with a range of unique features that still give a great wash.”
Samsung’s top load washers also feature Silver Wash technology which sanitises and disinfects all clothing – in a cold water wash. By emitting 400 billion nano-sized silver ions, this technology directly penetrates your clothes and sanitises them to the extent of a hot water wash – but in cold water making sure extra care is taken with your delicates.
The centre Double Storm Pulsator also improves washing effectiveness and gentleness to your clothes. Rather than being harshly beaten by a centre agitator, the jets of water generated in different directions from the centre of the pulsator gently tumble clean your clothes.
The Air Turbo Drying System feature is a powerful dual air shaft which draws air in from outside of the machine in order to help remove most of the moisture from the clothes. As a result, clothes will require less time to dry.
