We are honoured to be recognised by Canstar Blue in The Top Loader Washing Machine Award category,” said Mike Lilly, Head of Home Appliances, Samsung Australia.
“This award is testament to our dedication to deliver outstanding products to consumers through Samsung’s exceptional technology for washing machines.
“Traditionally, washing machines have been designed to complement lack of laundry space; however there has been a significant shift with greater focus on design and technology in the home.”
Samsung’s range of washing machines compliments the shift in demand through outstanding design and technology. Canstar Blue commissioned Colmar Brunton to survey 2,500 Australian consumers across a range of categories every few months to measure and track customer satisfaction.
The results of the top loader and front loader washing machine surveys reported are from 586 respondents within the survey group who had purchased a top loader machine and 462 who had purchased a front loader machine in the last 3 years.
Brands must receive at least 30 responses to be included.
