Samsung is set to install weather forecasting on their mobile phones, with the introduction of a new widget that delivers current and seven day forecasts.
The new feature will come pre-installed on the Samsung Omnia phone later this year. The Weather Bug widget will include an icon for the home screen and detailed step down menu’s that include weather information for over 45,000 locations around the world.

The icon leads users to the Weather Bug website which will deliver detailed forecasts for one week, as well as camera, radar and satellite images for certain Cities.
All Australian capital cities will be covered by the service.
