Samsung is one of the few companies who thrive with innovation even though they’re at the top of the smartphone pyramid. Two new leaks uncovered overnight simply affirm their will to widen the gap between them and their seemingly impotent rivals.

Word the Galaxy S4 will scroll down a page to keep up with your eyes hit the web a couple of days ago. Now screenshots have surfaced at SamMobile corroborating Samsung’s Galaxies will indeed have such a feature.

The screenshots are of the settings menu and show “Smart Scroll” and “Smart Screen” features, with a variety of sub-settings available to tailor them to an individual’s unique liking.
Another interesting feature is “Smart Pause,” which pauses videos if the smartphone detects you’re moving away from the screen.
Originally thought to be screenshots of the Galaxy S4, SamMobile has since updated their report to confirm the screenshots are from the Galaxy S3, but they remain firm the technology will be present in the Galaxy S4.
And why wouldn’t it?
Yesterday SmartHouse reported the Galaxy S4 has been benchmarked. If you can’t wait for the official March 14 unveiling, click here to find out what hardware beats inside the Next Big Thing.
A Bigger Galaxy Noted
Samsung’s Galaxy Note II |
If the whispers are true (and we believe they are), the Galaxy Note 2 won’t seem as tablet-ey at half an inch taller. So what can Samsung do to restore its credibility?
Up the Galaxy Note 3’s screen to 5.9 inches, suggests one report from the Korea Times. The natural evolution of the Note series throws some weight behind the claim as the original Note was 5.3 inches and its successor, the current Note, is 5.5 inches.
If 5.9 inches seems too big, then we’d recommend staying away from Huawei’s recently unveiled phablet, the Huawei Ascend Mate. It stretches a borderline-ridiculous 6.1 inches.
