While most of us are thinking plasma, LCD or even the next-gen SED format, many consumers are sticking with good old CRT TV, according to Sanyo, which has revamped its slim-line CRT television range.
The company says it achieved sell-out results with its launch of a slim-line CRT range last year, which is why it has updated the range with two new models – one 51 cm and a 68 cm model.

The new models claim to have a 20 percent reduction in depth compared to standard CRT television models, so you can have a slimmer TV without the associated costs of LCD or plasma flat panels, the company says.
Connectivity includes DVD componene input, front and rear AV input and a rear monitor output to allow connection to another display device.
