Control of home automation technology has got a lot more simple and intuitive with the first Apple-based home automation system now available in Australia.

Using these devices, homeowners can also control outdoor areas or even onboard a boat.
The company’s solutions include control of multi room audio and video, lighting control systems, climate control, security systems, telephony, window shades, and more.
Every aspect of a home environment can be managed and controlled remotely, and the company claims it can be delivered with a new level of efficiency as Savant provides a digital nervous system for the connected home with the reliability of the Mac OSX operating system.
Savant was the first company to introduce native iPad, iPhone and iPod touch applications for managing home automation control. It also pioneered TrueCommand, a dynamic On-Screen Display (OSD) technology that transforms any HD display in the home or office into a ‘control portal’ with user interaction previously available only with touch panels.
The product range will be distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Emersive Technologies.
