Sharp will extend its PVR promotion for another month following growing consumer and retailer demand.

The ‘Don’t Miss A Match’ promotion will now run until midnight, August 1, 2010. Sharp is offering a bonus Topfield Personal Video Recorder worth $699 to customers who purchase selected Aquos LCD TVs (LC40LE700X, LC40LB700X, LC46LE700X, LC46LB700X and LC52LE700X).
Sharp’s Deputy Managing Director, Denis Kerr said, “So far the promotion has seen wide interest and has attracted an increasing number of customers purchasing Sharp AQUOS LCD TVs.”
“With their bonus PVR they are now able to record live action sporting matches or their favourite TV shows,” added Kerr.
