Sharp Microwave Offers Easy Controls

The new commercial microwave from Sharp claims to be the first product that will have dual control panels.

The Sharp R1900J has a TwinTouch dual control panel that makes reaching easy whether the oven is placed on a counter top, high shelf or stacked on top of another R1900J microwave. In addition, it boasts a high output power of 1900W, along with Double- and Triple-Quantity Pads, Repeat Cooking Function and Express Defrost.
 
The large capacity interior lets you fit in two IEC 1/3 steam table size containers making it the perfect choice for high volume food outlets. The stainless steel interior and exterior resists chipping, scratching and corrosion and also comes with grab handle and hinges, designed to withstand years of handling in a busy kitchen environment.
 
Other handy features include 100 user programmable memories, 4-stage cooking sequences, 11 power levels and a ceramic base which enables the use of the full oven cavity when cooking.
