Limited stock of the gotalk phone stick – which the company claims is the ‘world’s smallest VoIP phone’ – will arrive in local stores on December 1.
A trial shipment of the stick went on sale earlier this year and sold out within days.
The product is actually a VoIP memory stick that turns any PC or laptop with into an IP telephone.
It is aimed at travellers, with the $49.95 price tag making it suitable for everyone from executives to backpackers, gotalk claims.
Customers can choose a plan at the time of registration, with rates starting from 9.9 cents for Australia-wide untimed calls.
