The company says that it commissioned TestLab, an independent testing company, to evaluate the overall ease-of-use, functionality and image quality for three 5MP camera phones in the market. TestLab looked at five areas (colour saturation and accuracy, image noise and definition, flash range and quality, focus quality, and ease-of-use) and have said that the K850i received ‘high marks’ for accurate colour renderings, displaying less image noise and producing very good sharpness in detail.
Besides its 5 mega pixel camera with Xenon flash, the K850i also comes with an on-board storage of 40MB and supports up to 4GB of additional memory using the Memory Stick Micro (M2) / microSD card slot. The unit also includes an FM radio function and supports A2DP stereo Bluetooth streaming.
