Sony, who has six months was found guilty of infringing on Vizio patents, has complained to the U.S. International Trade Commission of patent infringement by TPV Technology Ltd., the former Innolux Display Company.
Earlier this month Sony filed a complaint with the ITC against several display-related companies, alleging infringement of its intellectual property rights related to display devices including digital televisions and monitors.
Sony requested at the time that the ITC start an investigation and issue a cease and desist order.
A TPV spokeswoman said Friday the company didn’t have a comment on the matter.
