Tala has been creating baking products since 1899 and several of its kitchen accessories has a vintage aesthetic making the brand stand out from the crowd.
From cake tins to measuring cups and to baking beans Tala has been using the same designs for its baking products since the 1920s.
Tala says its design and production methods remain largely unchanged, involving over 20 hand processes, and most importantly each cook’s measure is made by one of a small group of highly skilled people.
Its Dry Ingredients Cook’s Measure is Tala’s most famous product and an example of its vintage flair. It is internally graduated, for precise weighing of dry ingredients such as sugar, rice and flour. Each one of these measures are handmade in Liverpool in the UK.
Its other products include a retro flour sifter, a 1960s sugar shaker, a tea caddy and retro stoneware bowls.
