Telstra has increased monthly access prices for two of its seven HomeLine rental plans, but claims it has “simplified” fixed-to-mobile call rates across all HomeLine plans and is offering cheaper rates for calls to overseas mobiles.
The $1 increases to the monthly HomeLine Complete and HomeLine Plus plans were the first in two and six years respectively, it said.
HomeLine Complete and Plus will increase to $28.95 and $30.95 respectively. Call connection fees for timed calls (STD, fixed-to-mobile and international) will increase from 39 to 45 cents per call, the first increase since 2006, according to Telstra
Fixed-to-mobile calls will carry a flat rate of 18c per 30 seconds, plus call connection.
