There whispers a Windows 4G Phone is about to make an assault, by Telstra.

The phone HTC Titan II appears in new Telstra “Let’s Connect” catalogue, which states the device – the third 4G handset to be launched in Oz – is to released “early May.”
So what do we know about Titan II?
The 4.7″ HTC mega phone boasts an 16Mp camera, and runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, has S-LCD capacitive touchscreen (4640 x 3480 pixels), autofocus, dual-LED flash and features like Geo-tagging, BSI sensor, image stabilization, face detection.
These specs may vary as these are specs on Titan II version sold in the US.
Windows Phone DownUnder, who spotted the HTC slipped into the latest Telstra catalogue, reckons the smartie will launch on a $79 plan or retail at around $800 outright.
And the Microsoft-mad site also predicts a May Day launch for Windows 4G smartphone in Oz.
There are two 4G devices currently available in Oz – HTC Velocity and Samsung Galaxy S II, although both are on Android.
