JB- Hi-Fi, The Good Guys and Internode top Roy Morgan’s Research customer satisfaction awards.
The Good Guys won Electrical Store of the Year while JB Hi-Fi won Music store of the Year at Roy Morgan’s Research Customer Satisfaction Awards held in Melbourne last week.
Myer won Department Store of the Year, de-throning David Jones, while Best & Less won best Discount Department Store for 2012.
Home Hardware pipped Bunnings for the 2012 Hardware Store of the Year title.
Internode, Aldi, Virgin Mobile all rated among the highest customer satisfaction for 2012, among 37 businesses to get awards in all.
Apple’s iPhone also held on to the top Mobile Phone Handset Customer Satisfaction but “looks set to be challenged by Samsung in 2013,” Roy Morgan said.
NAB took out the Major Bank award for most satisfied customers over last year’s winner ANZ, while Westpac maintained its success among Business customers.
Roy Morgan Research surveyed over 50,000 Australians in total.
