Next gen surveillance systems can be controlled from a smartphoneUniden’s new DIY Guardian wireless surveillance systems, the G29xx and G24xx series, have advanced motion detection that record once movement or noise is detected.
Offering around-the-clock protection, the camera will notify users with real-time e-mail alerts if there’s anything suspect happening on premises.
Users can view and record footage remotely via Guardian smartphone app and set recording to scheduled times or manually operate filming.
Aimed at home and small business owners, the surveillance systems monitor a building’s interior and exterior. They also have infrared night vision, and splash proof cameras for outdoor use.
The G29xx series have a high resolution 9inch colour LCD touchsceen with a built-in battery provides up to four hours’ use, whilst the Guardian G24xx series has a smaller 4.3″ display.
Users can expand their Guardian series surveillance kit with a combination of up to four indoor/outdoor cameras. Accessory options include a portable indoor camera (G2001) and weatherproof outdoor camera (G2010).
