The creative palette at the Sydney Miele gallery has been chosen to reflect the colours of the sea and waterways, and provides a stunning background to the quality products on display.
The centrepiece of the gallery is a stunning work by Sean Diamond, entitled ‘As Above As Below’, a photo montage of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, captured using a time-exposed process which he refers to as ‘painting with light’, and which is somewhat reminiscent of a Dale Cihully piece.

Not least however, they will also be given the opportunity to taste the results of signature dishes that have been created by Shannon Bennett, owner and chef at Melbourne’s renowned Vue de monde restaurant, to test the skills of Miele’s innovative appliances.
As with all the other Miele galleries, an extensive live kitchen is a key feature of the success of the gallery concept. Miele Home Economists buzz around the beautifully laid out kitchen, and conduct cooking appliance classes which are sometimes even hosted by celebrity chefs.
The live demonstrations are open to anyone interested in purchasing Miele appliances, or indeed have already purchased items.
