As the ban is lifted on 10.1 inch Galaxy Tab, Vodafone has pounced pre-sale deals. Shipping begins on this Friday Dec 16th, meaning the now legend tablet that is the Samsung 10.1 could be sitting on your lap as early as next week.

The Vodafone plans for the 16GB WiFi Android Tab on 3.1 Honeycomb, announced Friday, will set you back $39 ($15+$24 for the Tab) for a basic 1.5GB data over 30 days and go up to $83 for the top end package with 18GB data.
There are five Tab plans in total ranging from 1.5GB, 6GB for $53, all the way up to 18GB for $83/m ($59 + $24), getting ahead of rivals Telstra and Optus on Friday.
Telstra is to sell only sell the Galaxy 3G version only for $729.
The telco is also bundling the Samsung Galaxy S II, HTC Desire HD or Sensation with the Galaxy 10.1, knocking 20% off ‘access fees’ when you buy the tab and smartphone together for existing customers.

“The Tab has a 3-Mp rear camera and a 2-Mp front camera, 1080p HD video and Flash playback is also a ‘lean-back entertainment’ Tab, say its maker Samsung, who are throwing in a heap of content extras like one month free Music Hub service, apps like PressReader, ABC Reading Eggs, Magshop Digital Newsstand offering 52 titles subscriptions like Cleo, Good Food, Dolly, Wheels and OK!.

The Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 will be shipping from the 16th December so allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
However, take note, you need to submit orders by this Friday to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.
