Vodafone Hutchison Australia announced that it has dropped the price of its Prepaid Mobile Broadband starter pack from $79 to just $49.

Available at Vodafone and 3 stores, the Prepaid Mobile Broadband Starter Pack includes a USB stick modem and 1GB of data with 30 day expiry.

In addition, Vodafone and 3’s competitive Gigaboost month by month Mobile Broadband Plans are available at the following price points until 30 September 2010: $15 for 1.5GB, $29 for 4GB, $39 for 8GB and $49 for 10GB per month.
