A few days after Optus announced its Tab pricing, Vodafone has revealed that the Samsung tablet will be available from tomorrow. It will be available for $0 on its $79 Voice plan and will also be offered on its on its mobile broadband plan as well as on its month to month plans.Users who want to sign up for a 24-month 1.5GB mobile broadband plan would have to pay an additional $30 a month to shoulder the cost of the Tab. Those who take the $49 16GB plan have to pay less – $26 a month.
If users want to use the Tab to call and/or surf the Internet, the company will be offering the Tab for $0 on the $79 cap (24-months). It comes with unlimited standard national voice and video calls, standard, national, and international TXT sent to mobile numbers, as well as calls to customer care. Consumers would have to pay an additional $16 a month if they sign up for a $49 cap plan.
The Galaxy Tab will also be available for $999 on its month to month broadband plan.
