Vodafone Australia today announced it will sell the iPad Air 2 with Wi-Fi + Cellular and iPad mini 3 with Wi-Fi + Cellular in store from today.
Vodafone will offer these new iPads with a range of data plans which will allow customers to connect to its 4G network with speeds Vodafone claims are up to fifteen times faster (2-40Mbps) than the current average speed on the Vodafone 3G network (1Mbps).
The iPad Air 2 is one of the thinnest tablets around, weighing less than half a kilogram but still packed with some new innovations including a new anti-reflective Retina display, all new iSight and FaceTime HD cameras for better photos and videos, A8X second generation 64-bit chip delivering improved CPU and graphics performance, faster Wi-Fi and LTE wireless, and the Touch ID fingerprint identity sensor.
The iPad Air 2 gives you access to the more than 675,000 apps specifically designed for it an all while delivering 10-hour battery life. The new iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3, also including Touch ID, come in three metallic finishes including gold, silver and space gray.
