Winning Group announce ex News Digital exec Simon Smith, as its new Chief Technology Officer.
Smith has over 20 years experience in IT as Chief Information Officer, Head of Technology, and CTO for companies including News Digital Media, AAPT, Omnilab Media Group.
Most recently he was a Director of Pantha Corporation, providing digital strategy consultancy and development for the likes of vividwireless, Sydney Airport Corporation and RedBalloon.
John Winning, CEO of Winning Group said Simon Smith’s appointment is a great asset for the Group,which is experiencing strong growth nationally.
“As we operate in a highly competitive industry, our point of difference is customer service and end-to-end control from order to logistics and delivery.
“Technology is at the core of our business and Simon’s knowledge and experience will prove vital in ensuring that the Winning Group continues to grow and respond to increased demand”, he said.
Just recently Winnings-owned Appliances Online began selling consumer electronics goods, adding the new section to its existing Winnings online website.
