Following the launch of its Aventage receivers, Yamaha has unveiled a new DAB+ tuner that is able to upgrade your existing home theatre setup.

The T-D500 sports the same brushed aluminium design as Yamaha’s new hi-fi components and features a DAB+ digital radio tuner. It comes with a 2-line, 16-character display as well as auto search and manual tuning with 40 station preset memory.
Yamaha claims that the TD-500 also incorporates an AM/FM tuner with 30 preset stations available for each. Although the T-D500 comes with a slimline remote control it can also be controlled by any Yamaha amplifier remote control, allowing for easier operation when paired with other Yamaha Hi-Fi components.
The T-D500 has an RRP of $599 and is available in brushed aluminium black finish.
